Technoloy and Products

Remember we have the ability to treat 500 – 200,000 gallons of wastewater per day. From a single family home to a small community the technology is here. Think of our systems as municipal treatment systems in miniature.

In order to maintain the highest quality of discharged effluent we use different products depending on the application.

The simplest treatment is a septic tank which discharges into a treatment tank where a small air compressor injects air as fine bubbles to create a bacterial colony that eats almost everything... From treatment, the cleaned discharge flows to a pump tank where a powerful pump sends the discharge through a micro-fine filter then into the dispersal field. These are multiple tank applications used to remediate a failed lagoon, clean a failed field or deal with a difficult site. For these types of applications we prefer to use Southern Manufacturing of Port Arthur, TX (no website). They use four point air infiltration into their treatment tank, which we believe gives better results than a single point.

Our preferred method is to use Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR's) manufactured by Cromaglass Corp. Cromaglass Corp., who perfected this process, has been in business since 1965 and their systems are in use all over the world. SBRs are different in that they treat all of the waste products not just the effluent. This compact unit is a septic, processing and discharge tank all in one and operates on the same principles as a metropolitan wastewater facility.

We use SBR's in almost all of our commercial applications where nitrate and phosphorus removal are mandated.

We only install ATU's with drip tubing. We believe these systems, with required maintenance will last over twenty years.

If you are building a new home, requiring an onsite waster (septic) system we can help. If you want drinking water from the duck pond our Membrane Reactors may help. If you are building a subdivision and need a decentralized wastewater system we can help.

We can do a lot of things in the wastewater field that no one else, locally, can do. Give us a call.
